1. Damages, Misprints, and Manufacturing Defects
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your matching set arrives damaged, has a visible printing defect, or contains a manufacturing error, we will gladly send you a 100% free replacement or issue a full refund.

2. Sizing and Exchanges
Since every outfit is custom-made to order at the time of purchase, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect size selection or buyer’s remorse.
To ensure the perfect fit before ordering:
- Please carefully review the Size Chart provided on each product page.
- Keep in mind that our matching sets are sold together in the same size (tops and shorts cannot be mixed).
- Please allow for a 0.5″ – 1.2″ variance due to manual measurement.
3. Lost or Undelivered Packages
- Wrong Address: If a package cannot be delivered because you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item once it is returned to our facility.
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking number shows that your package has been lost in transit and never marked as “Delivered,” please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will arrange a free replacement shipment.
